You have already been introduced to the sentence pattern ka taea ... e ... te ..., this structure kāore e taea is the negative to that. To transform this sentence structure into the negative all you need to do is replace the verbal particle of the affirmative sentence with the appropriate negative.
|Kāore e taea e ia te kai.||She is not able to eat.|
|Kāore e taea e Aroha te motokā te taraiwa.||Aroha is unable to drive the car.|
|Kāore anō kia taea e tōku whaea te whare te peita.||My mother is not yet able to paint the house.|
